撞车后必须立即报告保险公司吗

上周五，我刚通过电话申请了保险公司，下午就撞车了。警察记录下我地保险号，G2号和判定是我左拐错后就让我走了。只是这周我的保险卡片才寄来，请问我还要通知保险公司吗。

那天是下午五点半天下雨并且天阴暗。我看那约近百米地车没打任何灯，速度也不快。我左转时，绿灯正闪亮要变黄。我看那车突然加速冲来，我是有责任但是他应亮大灯呀是不是他也有责任？

我已经要求上法庭。是我的错我承认，但我感觉他也有责任。

合理的想象

事实上是我刚刚左拐，也就是说，我的车头也就刚刚露头，即60度角。他车就撞上了我的右车头的保鲜杠多一点。请问假设我刚拐出点头，停下让路与他。他却由于车太靠边撞了我的车，算不算上诉的理由？天阴他是应打灯的。

If you decide to pay for repairing of his car (and yours for sure). Then you don't have to make a claim (better do that if the repairing cost is not that much) as your insurance will go up if you make a claim (Believing such a simple philosophy that insurnace company will get back what they paid for your repair from you sooner or later). If that's the casem then better not to go the court as you have to deal with him. From what you said, I feel it's your fault anyway. To have light on or not is not a reason to sue him. He is not very nice or he just didn't see your car. But turning left and got his is mostly your fault as I have seen this for quite a number time. On the other hand, I am not sure you can explain your case clearly in the court to overturn the judgement by the police. Good luck.
