A 32-year-old Ottawa man is in custody after a string of robberies occurred on Bank Street and at the Billings Bridge Shopping Centre. According to a news release from Ottawa Police, David Manuel is charged with robbery with an offensive weapon, possession of weapons, wearing a disguise, breach of recognizance and uttering threats.
