我家的teksavvy 从昨天早上开始就没网, 打客服电话说正在维修, 都2天没网了!!! 我该怎么办??有人知道teksavvy怎么了吗?:mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:

The cable internet service from Teksavvy has been very unstable for the last couple of weeks in the westend of Ottawa (Kanata, Stittsville, Nepean). It was said to be caused by Rogers doing some upgrade in that area. I lost internet service twice in the last week.

You can register an ID at the Teksavvy forum:

and post the details of your problem (note there are two forums: do it in the direct forum, not the public forum). The Teksavvy support personnel will follow up on your problem. Most importantly, they will record the duration of your loss of the service, and will give you the credit in the next billing cycle. So at least you can get some refund for the service interruption.
 
yes, the problem occurred in Carling and Broadview area yesterday.
It took 12 Hrs back online after called Teksavvy's technician
 
我家也沒有問題,teksavy cable。
 
I lost Teksavvy connection on Monday too. But back to normal on Tuesday.
