7/11的sim还是老式的， 买来以后要剪成小卡， 如果不会剪可以买个micro sim cutter， 或者mall里找人剪， 然后就可以用了。

GOOGLE VOICE，也封了。
QQ，也封了。
飞信，也封了。

如果你想用VOIP替代voice， 7/11不合适， 好像有workaround（proxy）但是不好用。对于通话少只是浏览网页， email， map， Facebook等等这个比较好。

2. 有很多便宜factory outlets/clearance for off brand(=non Google Nexus) and old version of Android，可以用?

I don't use phone much, only rare case. IF explaining workaround(proxy) is simple, or if there's link for instructions, I would appreciate it!! Please don't waste YOUR time to explain, as it may be yearS before I get a tablet/phone . Need to wait till my laptop die .

1。不管是在Android上，还是在Windows上，Chrome的特性都是相似的。在当前tab的右侧，有一个空白的小平行四边形。点它就行了。
2。不可以。Android设备（tablet和手机），谁都能生产，因而鱼龙混杂，性能差异太大了！一个杂牌的拿过来，你想点开的却点不开，你不想点开的却碰开了，而且慢得要死。目前这些移动设备，软硬件都更新很快，不到一年就换一代，若老了个版本，就差老了。
