新华网甘肃宁县2月4日电 经公安机关初步调查认定，2月1日晚发生在甘肃宁县境内的客车事故属客车单方全责事故。

据宁县公安局介绍，肇事车辆为河北省衡水市运输集团有限公司旅游客运性质大客车，车牌号为冀T－23171。车辆由宁县南义乡务工人员包租，核载47人，实载54人（其中儿童7名），乘客为宁县、合水县和庆城县在胜芳镇务工返乡人员。2月1日22时许，在途经宁黄公路宁县县城东山弯道处时车辆驶出弯道外侧，侧翻坠崖，起火燃烧，造成18人死亡，32人受伤。
