I'm renting out a basement apartment with own ensuite washroom in a lower level Southkeys townhouse beginning May 2013 or even earlier than that. Rent is all inclusive of hydro, water, internet, laundry and is fully furnished with a desk, bed, mattress, closet. Looking for a clean and responsible person to take over the room on May 1st, 2013 or anytime before that.
Will be living with two quiet and mature Carleton University students in the house. Shared kitchen, living / dining room and laundry facilities. Walking distance to South Keys Shopping Centre (10 minutes) and seconds from the 98/114 bus stop. Place for car parking if required. BBQ available for summer use. Room includes built in closet, own bathroom with shower, kichenette with mini-fridge and sink and available parking.
