Experience with CIK 网络 & 中文电视服务

Does anyone have experience (good or bad) with CIK 网络 & 中文电视服务 and would like to share?
I am interested in their bundle (Internet & Chinese IPTv & VoiceIP phone service), but not sure if they are good. Is their Internet (cable) true unlimited (someone said it has 300GB cap)? Thanks in advance for all the responses.

Thanks. Is your landlord using 18M (download)/512K (upload) package? How about the actual download speed?

我是刚从bell换成cik的cable，25兆下载，2兆上传，电视、电话全包。用了一周感觉挺好的，速度也正常，我每天测两三次，高峰时下载速度15-16兆，是我测到最慢的速度，四台电脑同时上网、看电视没问题。实际就是用的rogers网络，布线的都是rogers的人。

cable Internet， 18M 下载，0.5兆上传 OK！
Voice IP phone， OK！

下载速度还行，符合网速
但是看网页很糟糕
当时我的网络完全无法访问中国的网站
技术人员的技术指导没有任何作用
他们让我用的方法我自己早用过了，那么初级的解决方案我也能做客服了
最后让我每月多交钱用一个固定ip，然后说可能解决
我直接取消了
开通的时候要了我们信用卡号
我觉得不妥，说我们每月自己缴费
他们也答应的好好的
结果开通了以后他们自己从信用卡划钱
这尼玛土匪啊
我质问说我明明说好自己缴费你们怎么能直接划我钱
直到取消网络他们也没说明白
当时说开通交了50押金，说取消的时候全部退还，取消的时候扣了20说是开通费
我说你们开通的时候怎么不告诉我
他们也含糊以对
然后过了半年才把30刀打回来

很糟糕的用户体验
