ebay is good..I have sold a P3 666 CPU with price 51 USD, but I wanna sell it here for 50 CAD...a lot people still wanna negotiate...I faint
sold ATI Fury pro 32mb video card with 21 USD price...not bad either
actualy you can set a reserved price for you item..then it much better

I think that means the price he gives is the reserve. No lower than the reserve, higher bid wins.
