RCMP are conducting a police investigation at the U.S. Embassy at 490 Sussex Dr. Just after 5 p.m., Ottawa police announced a lane reduction along Sussex between York and Rideau streets. Ottawa police confirmed that RCMP are leading the investigation but could not say what the investigation involved.
