I thought it was because of bugs. But I checked the sod, did not see any bugs.

talked with homedepot & lawes staff, looks like mine is chinch bug.

翻开草皮看了吗？挖挖试试，是grub吧？

我們家也淪陷了。 上網查，如果從中間開始黃就是 Grub，從邊邊開始黃就是 Chinch bug。
Grub 可以用線蟲 nematode 治療，多施點草肥。
不過我覺得陰涼與水份也很重要，黃得最慘的都是整天被太陽狠狠照著的地方。
