请问：便宜的pay-as-you-go

Telus used to charge me $0.30/min, but now it I charges $0.50/min - ridiculous. Somebody mentioned at CFC that 7-11 store has cheaper plan. Any idea or any other things cheaper? Thank you!

Exactly!! Friend of mine only has ONLY $4xx left in his Petro Can account.

Pending on your usage, 真的打的不不多的话 switch to 7-11, IDENTICAL, just different names(actually both Rogers), different sales outlet, different min. ==> 7-11 $25/365 days vs PetroCan minimum $25/120d. May be better to sell your PetroCan balance @ discount, then switch to 7-11, u do calculation

Rogers Pay-as-u-go, 3 different plans(=choices) for 100元一年:
- Talk all day plan: 每天頭五分鐘25c，第六分鐘開始15c每分鐘
- Talk Evenings & Weekends: 8pm-8am daily+weekends $0.01/min, other times $0.40/min.
- Talk Anytime plan: $0.40/min.
Pay both incoming+outgoing calls.

Wind 40元180 days,20c一分钟。 Incoming $0.00 if u're within their coverage area, i.e. not roaming.

7-11 25元一年,25c一分钟。9-11 charge $1.25/mth. (Promotion 2 or 3 times per year on buy$100 get extra $25, hence $0.2/min)

Different 911 charge for all above.

实际上，如果不介意使用美国电话＃的话，还有更便宜的。没有最低年费，没有911费，超长到期日，良好的信号（使用Bell 或 Telus 网络），暂时我知道的有：
1) Piranha from UK - US$ - voice in $0.12/min., voice out $0.23/min. VOIP voice in $0, VOIP voice out $0.03/min.(VOIP means using their apps on smart phones) SMS in $0, SMS out $0.15 (most destinations) http://piranha-mobile.com
2) Jaxtr from US - US$ - voice in $0.15/min., voice out $0.15/min. SMS in $0, SMS out $0.15 (most destinations) http://jaxtr.com/products

I can't figure out a convenient/cheap way to forward Fongo Cdn phone# to above US#, else I would have used above.

真是长见识呀，不知道PETRO 和7-11的信号咋样？
另外我知道ROGERS啊啥的大公司手机都是锁住的，不知道PETRO或者7-11这些的手机是不是也锁了，要是想转去别家，有可能吗？
