Ottawa – Mayor Jim Watson and Councillor Mark Taylor, Chair of the Community and Protective Services Committee, will officially open the new location of the Karsh-Masson Gallery on Thursday evening at Ottawa City Hall.
One Last Time, a series of new paintings by artist Tavi Weisz is the first exhibition in the new gallery.
