枫叶卡更换被要求提供出入境记录

最近更换枫叶卡，递交材料后。被要求补充下面文件：

• Complete pages (including blank pages) of your passport/passports held in the last 5 years. Ensure all pages are clearly legible.
• Personal immigration entry/exit record or movement certificate issued by the countries where you have travelled

关于第二条，是否还要请Canada Border Services Agency，帮忙提供加拿大的出入境记录呢？还是只提供我去的别的国家的出入境记录？

应该不用这么麻烦吧。我也刚刚申请。你申请时是否提交了过去5年护照上出入境的复印件呢？为什么被要求提供那些补充材料呢？

我申请时已经复印了我的整本护照（我就一本护照，还没过期），所以觉得纳闷。
