Barry Francis and Florence Koenig hit the Lotto 6/49 jackpot for $1.75 million

Ottawa's lottery winning streak continues as Nepean residents Barry Francis and Florence Koenig hit a $1.7 million Lotto 6/49 jackpot.
"I screamed. I was so shocked." Florence stated in an OLG release. The winning May 3, 2014 lottery ticket was purchased at the Shoppers Drug Mart on Greenbank Road.
The ticket also paid off $10 for matching three of six numbers on another line. They also collected $5 for matching 2 of 6 numbers plus the bonus on another ticket selection.
The couple plan to pay off their car, retire some debt and are now looking at the purchase of a new home with the winnings.
