求证RCMP寄过来的是不是无犯罪证明？

要申请移民，录了指纹然后RCMP寄过来一封信，感觉不太像无犯罪证明，只有一段话和我的指纹还有照片，请问无犯罪证明是这个样子吗？谢谢！
