$940包税 is OK if from dealer.
Be sure it includes all belts and there is no labor should be charged for changing.
Any belt breaks later would cost at least 150 instead just about 10.

偷油它 Sienna 140 K KM了，寻三家价格 $940, $1220, $1422 包税，怎么觉得比较贵，记得有人说六七百拿下，是不是我没找对？

You might misunderstand my Chinese. LOL

What I meant was 6 hours of labour is quite a lot, if you can change the water bump and tensioner at the same time would save him money in a longer run
