An early morning house fire in west Ottawa shutdown traffic along Woodroffe Avenue for more than an hour on Tuesday.
At just after 4 a.m. a resident called 911 to report their home at 858 Woodroffe Avenue was on fire.
While Ottawa fire crews tackled the blaze, a portion of Woodroffe was shutdown and vehicles were re-routed at Carling Avenue and at Georgina Drive.
Ottawa paramedics say there were no reported injuries.
Woodroffe was re-opened at around 5:45 a.m.
