回答问题之前需要告诉大家一点，宇宙具有无限性。也就是说宇宙是多维次、多密度、多频率、多系统的综合体，宇宙是时间和空间的统一体，宇宙时间是无始无终的，宇宙空间是无限大和无限小的，宇宙生灵是无限多的。
Before answering questions, it’s necessary to tell you that the universe has the nature of infinitude. It means that the universe is a complex of multi-dimension, multi-density, multi-frequency and multi-system; the universe is the unification of time and space; the time of the universe is beginningless and endless; the space of the universe is infinitely large and infinitely small; and the cosmic beings are infinitely numerous.


Osifu所讲的宇宙是指无限的宇宙，包含一切时空，一切人、事、物，不是佛法中所说的大千世界。
The universe that Osifu expounded means the infinite universe, which includes all Time and Space, all humans, things and matters, not the big-thousand-world in Buddhism.


Osifu所讲的宇宙是一个总体，不存在第二个宇宙，只有一个宇宙，这个宇宙在顺应宇宙规律运行。
The universe that Osifu expounded is an overall entity and the second universe does not exist. There is only one universe and this universe complies with Cosmic Law to run.


Osifu所讲的宇宙是一个超级能量、信息、密码场，涵盖一切星系，所有的星系都在这个能量、信息、密码场中运行。
The universe that Osifu expounded is a super energy-information-code field that covers all galaxies, and all galaxies are running in this energy-information-code field.

The universe that Osifu expounded is a universe in which the Cosmic Law is supreme and paramount. Cosmic Decree and Cosmic Contract are formulated according to Cosmic Law. Cosmic Law, Cosmic Decree and Cosmic Contract, these three sustain the universe’s balance, harmony and stable running.

The universe that Osifu expounded is a universe of equality. All galaxies and planets are equal. All cosmic beings are equal.

The universe that Osifu expounded is a cosmos of no-self. All galaxies and planets are egoless. All cosmic beings are egoless.


Osifu所讲的宇宙是一个无为的宇宙，所有的星系、星球都是无为的，所有的宇宙生灵都是无为的。
The universe that Osifu expounded is a universe of unconditioned existence. All galaxies and planets are unconditioned. All cosmic beings are unconditioned.


Osifu所讲的宇宙是一个顺道的宇宙，所有的星系、星球都是顺道的，所有的宇宙生灵都是顺道的。
The universe that Osifu expounded is a cosmos complying with the Way. All galaxies and planets are complying with the Way. All cosmic beings are complying with the Way.


这就是Osifu的宇宙，这就是Osifu的宇宙观。
That is Osifu’s universe. That is Osifu’s views of the universe.

一个山西的学生问：
地球是宇宙高维根据宇宙运行的需要设计出来的吗？就像人间一个单位根据业务的发展，需要设立分支机构一样吗？地球上有原住居民吗？
A student from Shanxi asked, “Was the earth designed according to the need of cosmic operation by the higher dimensional cosmic beings? Is it just like one institution setting up branches for the need of business development in the human world? Are there native residents on the earth? ”
Osifu答复：
地球不是被设计出来的，所有的星球都是顺应宇宙规律产生的。
地球上最早有原住居民。
Osifu replies, “The earth was not designed and all planets come into being by following Cosmic Law. There were native residents on the earth in the earliest time. ”


一个福建的学生问：
请问Osifu什么是宇宙中的黑洞？从小就对黑洞感兴趣，但是也很害怕黑洞。
A student from Fujian asked, “Would Osifu please tell me, what is the black hole in the universe. I have been interested in the black hole since an early age, but I am also very scared of it. ”
Osifu答复：
黑洞是宇宙中特殊的能量场，没有人类想象的可怕，黑洞的产生是宇宙运行的需要，不必害怕。
Osifu replies, “The black hole is a special kind of energy field in the universe, which is not so formidable as humankind imagined. The formation of the black hole is the need of cosmic operation. It’s unnecessary to be scared.”


一个辽宁的学生问：
比地球维度高的同一个星球上的生灵，所显现的能量频率是相同的吗？还是如地球上生灵一样表现各异？
A student from Liaoning asked, “For the living beings on the same planet which is in a higher dimension than the earth, do they show same energy and frequency? Or like living beings on the earth, each of them manifests itself differently?
Osifu答复：
同一个星球上的生灵所显现的能量频率不完全相同，犹如一棵树上的树叶，你找不到两片完全相同的。
Osifu replies, “The energy and frequencies manifested by the living beings on the same planet are not completely the same, just like that you cannot find two identical leaves on one tree.”


一个河南的学生问：
地球和地球人如何才能在最快的时间内得到宇宙高维次生灵或外星生灵的现身帮助？
A student from Henan asked, “How could the earth and earthly humans get unconcealed help from higher dimensional cosmic beings or extraterrestrials beings in the shortest time?”
Osifu答复：
断恶、修善、觉醒、顺道（顺应宇宙规律）。
以积极、热情、友善的态度欢迎宇宙高维次生灵和外星生灵的公开现身也是非常必要的。
Osifu replies, "Cut off all evils, nurture all goodness, become awakened and follow the Way (comply with Cosmic Law). It is also highly necessary to welcome the public appearance of higher dimensional cosmic beings and extraterrestrial beings with a positive, warm and friendly attitude."
