The Holiday Train travels across Canada and the U.S. for three weeks, making stops in cities and towns.
A fund-raiser for food banks the train made a stop Friday night in Merrickville, where it offered a free concert by Roxanne Potvin and Odds. Artists perform from a boxcar stage.
The concerts are free, but you’re encouraged to make a donation to the local food bank—either a non-perishable food item or a cash donation. All contributions will stay in the local community.
