Police respond to call about a man allegedly waving a gun in city's west end

Ottawa police say they are investigating reports that a man was seen waving a gun in the area of Woodroffe Avenue and Strandherd Drive on Saturday.

Police were unable to provide further details about the incident, saying only that the call was “closed” and that the guns and gangs unit is investigating.
