Police seek suspect in series of thefts from parked cars

Ottawa police are looking for a man involved in a series of thefts from vehicles that took place in a Rideau Street parking lot from November, 2014 to March, 2015.

The suspect is described as balding Caucasian male, 50-65 years old with grey hair and a beard. He is photographed in a dark-coloured shirt, a black 3/4 length winter jacket with a scarf and dark pants.
