Yes, both of my ears suffer from the loss of hearing. Given the fact that so many normal people having Canadian experience are still hunting for jobs, I have no strong reason to be that confident unless that I am able to claim my disability which I hardly believe. Anyway, thanks a lot for encouragement!

I am hard-hearing, too. Same compassion on same sickness.

如果你是移民,找政府的职位也具有优先权,只有移民能做的,当地的白人没法跟你竞争的,大家努力呀,学好双语

移民找政府职位根本占不到便宜:1)绝大部分要求双语,2)绝大部分要求公民;3)绝大部分要求有安全等级;4)绝大部分要求懂得加拿大的政策法规程序。看你怎么努力越过这些障碍呀?

I agree. Even you are a Canadian citenzen and you passed the security clearence. You might still need:

1. pass English exams;
2. good communication skills
3. leadership

2 + 3 = a greate talker

I think it is much easier for us to work in private sector. Because private sector is profit oriented and they prefer to have doer not talker.
