A man speaking broken English has been kissing women and running away in Barrhaven, and police say that’s sexual assault. And, in one case, child abuse.
The man approached three women on Wednesday and Thursday near the Longfields Transitway station, and either kissed or tried to kiss each one after a brief conversation.
The conversations didn’t go well.
The woman told police he spoke broken English and in some cases switched into another language that they didn’t recognize. Then he switched to kissing.
Friday morning he was at it again, this time trying to kiss a woman and her baby as well near Longfields-Davidson Heights Secondary School.
Police say he is of East Indian descent, between five feet five inches and five feet seven inches tall, weighing 170-200 pounds. He may have dyed brown hair on top, with grey sideburns. He wore a brown-collared shirt and dress pants.
