一年到了再买$100用一年呗。要是二年contract plan, 那就不是这个价了。主要texting，紧急可以打电话，上网用WiFi，这个应该是最合适的了

你这个 PROMOTION PLAN 是比较好，但到第二年就不能用了！ 第二年开始，就得用它的 $0.30 一个 TEXT，收/发都要交钱。

第一,这是给小孩子用的,告诉她you can only make phone call in emergency, so no phone call most of time. $10 is enough for 1 year;
第二, 这个是方便我找她,收短信免费,而且给她配个iphone 5C,Wifi下还可以用iMessage and Facetime.小朋友之间用ipod/ipad的都可以通讯;

也想给高中生置个手机，目前考虑最低月季花(类似200分钟/100MB/$30左右/2年tab或合同)，弄一个$0手机(5c或相当级别Android)，各家都有好像都差不多。如果能买到100以下全新功能不错的手机，加上100/年冲值，那就比跟计划好太多，哪儿有？

对孩子不想太苛，除了紧急用，也可用电话聊天，但不能煲电话粥，可以texting，除非非常必要才用数据，平时可以玩游戏，有wifi才能玩。孩子出了渥太华没认识人，所以不需要全加全美免打。大概这样的要求，什么样的deal最好？
