Ottawa Fire Services responded to a call reporting a fire at a two-and-a-half storey residential home at 4281 Kelly Farm Dr. on Sunday afternoon.
After arriving at the scene, firefighters confirmed an interior fire and began a fast attack. The call came in at 4:17 p.m. and the fire was under control by 4:33.
No injuries were reported but a family of five will be displaced and will be assisted by Victim Services.
Damage was estimated at $15,000 for contents and $15,000 for the building.
A cause had not been determined.
