Ottawa police are seeking public assistance locating Julius Bango, 55, who went missing from his Armstrong Avenue home at about 3 a.m. Thursday morning.
Bango is described as Caucasian, about five feet seven inches tall with a medium build, a moustache and short salt-and-pepper hair.
He wears glasses and was carrying a blue backpack.
He could also be wearing a Toronto Maple Leafs baseball cap.
