An 18-year-old woman has been retrieved after emergency crews responded for an early-morning rescue of a person who fell down a 60-foot gully in Orleans at Princess Louise Drive and Fallingbrook Ridge.
The woman was in the care of paramedics, the fire department said.
The patient, the fire service said, had head injuries. Firefighters were notified of the incident by Ottawa paramedics.
The high angle technical rescue teams were on scene.
