今天去研究生部注册e-commerce grduate certificate，他们不接受我带的学校翻译的本科学历证明，要official translation diploma，请问在什么地方可以找到价钱较便宜的offical的翻译件？我是否还需要公证它。有一个chinese community center有上述服务吗？如果是，可否告知地址或电话，谢谢。

You'd better provide the orginal copy of your deploma and notarized traslation copy from a notarization public.
