这个房子大，牛，感觉内部生硬，设计师不属于大师级或者经验不足。

我能开车绝不坐公汽。

The family room is an open space. There is a "bridge" in the second level crossing the open space. This is very attractive. The problem for the family room is, too many windows (6-8), and I can not find a good spot for my TV. The model is Canvendish, a very good design.

有一间大卧室形状不规则，后院看不中，前面也不完美。中间那个车库门是怎么回事？墙面油漆颜色不亮。楼梯过于生硬，无美感，卫生间不错，有两间房也可以。价格好啊。

窗户那里不能放电视，中间一点可以。如果小孩在家里学习，那个房就不能放电视。会影响学习的。进门有一间带门的房子可以看电视，关上门，隔音效果特别好。

2640 sq.ft. 那个高空间如果有个房子，面积就是3000 sq.ft.了。有一段视频，也叫Cavendish Model，把这个房型改造了，越发豪了。花同样的钱，我愿意买这个房子。看到楼梯的区别了吧，放衣服的那个房子也特别豪。不过这个房的放衣服的房子也很大。这个房型在当时可以得奖。

昔非今比。同样这个model，２０年前的房子不同于近期的房子。视频中房子外景是完全不同的。

实在忍不住了，上来冒个泡. 楼主这个磨叽的，不就是一房子吗？吊足了大家的胃口，先是学区好，看了半天才发现离CB 高中八杆子也许打着，被人揭露后又吹房子区怎么怎么好，看了半天估计也就一中偏下，接着吹吧，楼已经一百层了还都是别人的房子，自己的房子没看到一张影子的照片。也就怪我最近准备买房，硬撑着看了，看完我我我我我我真有剁手的冲动。

你要真想买房子，这样的心态，哈哈。。。这房子不合适你。黑说不成白，这房子去 Colonel By 确实很方便，那附近没有令人满意的房子。老，小，结构不好，价格不便宜。愿意买就买，不愿意不强求，肯定会有人看中的。市场不在这个网上。
