Ottawa – The Honourable Amarjeet Sohi, Minister of Infrastructure and Communities, John Fraser, Member of Provincial Parliament, Ottawa South, and Mayor Jim Watson will visit the construction site for the future Tremblay Station, part of the O-Train Confederation Line Light Rail Transit (LRT) project. An update on construction progress will also be provided.


Date: Wednesday, January 13, 2016

Time: 10 a.m.

Location: VIA Rail Train Station, 200 Tremblay Road

Parking: A shuttle will depart from the Lisgar Street entrance of Ottawa City Hall, 110 Laurier Avenue West. The bus will leave at 10 a.m. sharp and will return to City Hall at 11:15 a.m.


Personal protective equipment is required to be on site, including a hard hat, steel-toed boots, a safety vest, safety goggles, long pants and a long-sleeve shirt. All attendees must bring their own equipment.
