The BMW M3 Sedan, M4 Coupe and M4 Cabriolet are enjoying tremendous success in the Canadian market, offering drivers the perfect blend of ultra-high performance, everyday drivability, and value. From March 2016 production, all three body styles will be available with a factory installed Competition Package that provides increased performance, driving dynamics and a sporty aesthetic.
The most notable upgrade comes in the form of a 19 HP power increase, bringing total engine output to 444HP. When equipped with the M-DCT transmission, 0-100 km/h is achieved in a mere 4.0 seconds (4.3 s for the M4 Cabriolet).
Enhancements are not limited to engine performance. The Competition Package also includes Adaptive M Suspension, featuring new springs, dampers and anti-roll bars along with reconfigured drive modes (comfort, Sport and Sport+). The standard Active M Differential and Dynamic Stability Control have also been recalibrated to match the performance enhancements. Forged, machine-polished, weight-and rigidity-optimized, multi-spoke 20-inch M alloy wheels with mixed tires (front: 265/30 R20, rear: 285/30 R20) complete the list of chassis upgrades
