A 46-year-old Ottawa man was to appear in court Wednesday after a 55-year-old man alleged he was sexually assaulted following an online meeting last September.
The victim, whose identity is being withheld, reported the assault on Oct. 7, saying he had been assaulted at the suspect’s home on Oct. 1.
James Duggan was to face charges of sexual assault.
Police said they were concerned there could be other victims and asked anyone with information to contact the sexual assault and child abuse unit at 613-236-1222, ext. 5944.
