Ottawa police have arrested two men believed to have been involved in a fight where a knife was used to injure a victim, after the men attempted to flee the scene using public transit.
Police said the pair were arrested around 10 p.m. on Sunday in the area of Glamorgan Drive and Castlefrank Road in Kanata after they had exited an OC Transpo bus that whisked them away from the scene of the scuffle.
Police would not release the identities of the two men, nor would they provide more specifics about the attack or how the pair were located. However, they said the victim suffered minor injuries as a result of the fight.
An investigation is ongoing.
