拿EI时回国是要通知你的agent，回国期间没有，回来接着领！孩子牛奶金只要是有父母（一方）陪着在国外不超过6个月没有问题！但是没有父母陪伴（放国内寄养），或是超过6个月都应停掉，回加后继续领取！
