Ottawa – Mayor Jim Watson and Councillor Diane Deans, Chair of Community and Protective Services, will celebrate the new selected artists for the #ottmusik program by hosting two live-music performances during the lunch hour tomorrow.
Several musicians will be in attendance and everyone will enjoy performances, by multilingual ambient-folk singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist Amanda Lowe, and the intergalactic, strange, raw edge of funk-pop-folk singer-songwriter Medhi Cayenne.
Date: Wednesday, April 27
Time: Noon to 1 p.m.
Location: Marion Dewar Plaza, Ottawa City Hall
110 Laurier Avenue West
(Event will be moved indoors to Jean Pigott Place in the event of inclement weather)
A barbecue lunch is available for purchase, provided by Café 111 Lisgar.
