吓死人，人口普查不响应罚款坐牢

上一次人口普查长表是 voluntary, 只有短表 mandatory. 即便满鞑它哩，回收率也只 98%，长表就更低了。不知那1.xx%的不交表的发了没罚。
数据在维基，我手机发帖就不转了。

人口普查是按地址进行的。应该是按May 10th 该地址的居住人口统计的。和 ownership of the ＰＲＯＰＥＲＴＹ 并无很大关系。
