The house is a nice house in a nice and quiet community facing a park. It is less than 10 minutes walking distance to Algonquin College. It is at a very convenient location, close to bus station, shopping center and greenbelt trail. We have 2 bright bedrooms at basement with big windows above ground available from June 1st. There is a big bright living room shared by 2 rooms. Also a brand new washroom is shared by 2 rooms. The kitchen is upstairs and shared in the house. Right now we have 3 very nice students living in the house.
All utilities are included plus wireless high-speed Internet. Living rooms and Kitchen are shared in the house. Rooms can be furnished with a bed, a desk and a chair. Laundry is also in the house and is included in the rental( one load per week).
Rent the 2 rooms together $800 for June, July and August($50 discount for summer). From September the rental will be $850.
1 year lease required until August 31st.
Rent one room: For June, July and August $400 for one, $410 for another one. From September The rental is $440 for one and $450 for another one.
