I planted some 剑兰, please see attached the pictures. However, I do not know what I shall do now? I mean shall dig them up(蒜头) and plant them next year or just leave them there?

Yes, normally you'd dig the roots up and store them in a dark and dry place until next spring. Most roots cannot survive a harsh Canadian winter. If you know the names of your flowers, search on google, you should be able to find some useful information.
