Demonstration and update of LED streetlight conversion

Ottawa – Mayor Jim Watson, Councillor Keith Egli, Chair of the City’s Transportation Committee, and Capital Ward Councillor David Chernushenko will be joined by Bryce Conrad, President and CEO of Hydro Ottawa, to provide an update on the conversion of the City’s streetlight infrastructure to Light Emitting Diode (LED) technology.


There will also be a demonstration of a light fixture being converted to LED.

Location: Glendale Avenue, second streetlight south of Chamberlain Avenue
