Bus stop for buses 8 & 41 (no transfer needed to Ottawa U) is about 1 or 2 minutes walk from the house. Bus 112 is also nearby.
Quiet, safe, & non-smoking environment.
Two Asian females in their 20s, and the owner (a semi-retired Canadian gentleman in his 50s) currently live in the house.
Approximate bus times: to U of Ottawa 19-20 mins (no bus transfer required); to Billings Bridge Plaza 9-11 mins; from Billings Bridge Plaza to Carleton University +-12 mins.
No parking.
