Visitors take a chairlift ride through the colours of fall at Camp Fortune

National Capital Region residents had the chance to rise up and receive a unique view of the beautiful fall colours on Saturday at Camp Fortune in Gatineau Park.

Fall Rhapsody Activities and the beautiful weather brought people out to enjoy the day as the temperature climbed all the way to 18 C.

Visitors enjoyed scenic chairlift rides, along with the aerial park and the zip lines.

It is expected to stay warm on Sunday, with a forecast high of 20, but Environment Canada was calling for mainly cloudy conditions. There was a 30-per-cent chance of showers in the morning, with the risk of a thunderstorm late in the morning and in the afternoon.

There was also a 30-per-cent chance of showers at night, with a low of 6.
