Ottawa police are reaching out to the public to help identify a man who allegedly broke into a home and stole a credit card near the Ottawa Hospital’s Civic Campus on Nov. 26.

During the course of their investigation, police tracked the credit card purchases.

The suspect is described as a Caucasian male, around 25 years of age, between five-foot-nine and five-foot-ten, with brown hair, a goatee and eyeglasses. Police said the man was last seen wearing a grey and black two-toned Adidas winter coat, a black hooded sweatshirt and a Blue Jays ball cap.

Anyone with information relating to this investigation is asked to contact the Ottawa Police Service at 613-236-1222, ext. 4533 or Crime Stoppers at 613-233-8477 (TIPS).
