Ottawa police are reaching out to the public to help identify a man who allegedly broke into a home and stole a credit card near the Ottawa Hospital’s Civic Campus on Nov. 26.
According to police, at around 2 a.m., a man broke into a home and stole a credit card, which was later used at several retailers in the area.
During the course of their investigation, police tracked the credit card purchases.
The suspect is described as a Caucasian male, around 25 years of age, between five-foot-nine and five-foot-ten, with brown hair, a goatee and eyeglasses. Police said the man was last seen wearing a grey and black two-toned Adidas winter coat, a black hooded sweatshirt and a Blue Jays ball cap.
