How to report a problem on Ottawa roads or sidewalks

When a storm hits the city, road crews deploy on Ottawa’s streets and sidewalks to get them in decent shape as fast as possible.

But if there’s a particularly bad section of road or sidewalk that needs attention, it can help if you flag it for the city.

Here are the two forms you can fill out online to let the city know about a problem:

Winter Sidewalk Maintenance

And if there’s an immediate issue that presents a hazard to people or property, you can call the city’s hotline by dialing 3-1-1.
