神贴:集资建房的可能性

大概十二年以前就有人这么搞,当时参与集资的血本无归。有些人投资的钱是自己的RRSP,太惨了!

一般集资都是大家都认识,然后一起找承包商什么的。
而这帮人以为什么都可以不管,把钱交给别人就可以了。人傻钱多的典型案例。
 
I think the best way is to partnership with a small developer who needs fund. and take the ownership of the land. Don't just put the money in as a pure investors. Once you tie your interest with the developer who has strong construction back ground. it would be more safe. There are very limited good project open to private investors.

严格说,任何回报高于银行按揭利息的(现在是2.x%)地产集资,闭着眼睛都知道是诈骗。
否则,那么安全回报的建设项目,直接跟银行贷款就可以了。银行的口袋很深,要多少有多少,何必跟私人,几千几万十万的磨?
