Ontario Provincial Police repeat offender parole enforcement squad has issued a Canada wide warrant Richard Riendeau, who is at large unlawfully.
Riendeau is 51, white, five feet nine inches tall, weighing 224 pounds.
He has tattoos on both arms, both shoulders, both forearms, chest, abdomen and upper back. He also has a surgical scar on his abdomen.
Riendeau is serving a three year and 28 day sentence for fraud and production of cannabis.
He is known to frequent Ottawa, Gatineau and Montreal.
