请教:卡北一两年内还有没有新开盘的计划?

卖了现在RR一期山顶后院有邻居的uniform房子 再去买个RR4期后院靠树林的房子,你觉得值得吗?4期地势低了,而且有很多townhouse。犹豫中 到时候可能还买不上

不值,你现在的一期已经是最好了,瑞奇4期是适合钢需的买家的,4期的townhouse不错,但townhouse比例过高,single的住户进出都要通过townhouse区段。

自住房尽量买得好一些,全家天天住在那里,多花点钱值了。

It makes more sense to choose the best neighbourhood you can afford. Since even if you don't have enough money left to add many upgrades, you can almost always add them later, at your own pace. But how can you "upgrade" your neighbourhood with the same convenience?

人家不一定和你抢啊:D,RR1的townhouse当时好像是二十几万,现在四十多万了。怎么也得买个八十万以上的大豪斯才能搬。:cool:

I believe builders haven't released them because that land area is now used for piling and other logistic purposes. Once the land is clear, then house building can start. I heard Braebury plans to move their sale office near the entrance of RR in a new built model home (their current model homes were already sold), probably to assist the sales of those new lots.

I almost forgot, there are still three Uniform model homes plus one empty lot (their sale office) that eventually will be put on sale. Those are with upgrades and on the high ground, so may be more expensive.
