个人感觉,Findlay creek和Riverside South,一直没火起来,不知道为啥。

Barrhaven and Kanata North both have central market places with all kinds of stores. Riverside South does not have one. That inconvenience already justify the very moderate property price difference.

For Findley Creek, although it's close to South Keys shopping centre, many people don't like the environment of South Keys neighbourhood. You won't feel shopping there is shopping in your own neighbourhood. The house prices there are still decent though, because Tartan's reputation and pricing policy are different than Minto and Mattamy.

此房更早还上过市,#1036028,当时喊价$750,000。
也就是,两轮过后,已经降价小9万

这邻居数,可以排巴屯第一了吧。这要是后院建个hot-tub, 洗澡可以卖票参观了
 
这是一个典型的鸡头好房遭摧残的案例,这案例可以延伸到其他区,也是类似。引以为戒啊

鸡头是指这是小区里最贵的房子吗?卖不出去的原因绝对不止这个吧。
 
就这气势, RR怎么比?
RR single 平均价格几乎超过60万,这里的价格从40万开始, 不同客户群. 我猜大多数买家自己住. 少量是投资.

刚才查到此房已经上市一段时间,旧的MLS #是 1040471。原来喊价$699,000
几个月没卖出去,现在降价近3万。不知道是不是有啥问题

这次看内部照片出来了,所以内部不是问题。可没搞懂房子左侧和左后侧都是什么?townhouse?

Almost all are semi-detached houses in that area. I remember many years ago I visited an open house there, and already noticed this "lonely" single house.
 
鸡头是指这是小区里最贵的房子吗?卖不出去的原因绝对不止这个吧。
鸡头案例过去,现在, 将来都循环往复的上演. 包括某些热区. 不说了, 自己领悟吧.
