实际例子
我交过这样的罚单至少三张，都不是故意闯红灯，但是的确是黄灯变了红灯，照相很清楚我车在红灯区。。。没说的，交钱了，没有扣点，而且交钱时也问了City， 明确不扣点。

是犹豫了。。。因为自己判断黄灯已经有一会了，过线时差不多是红灯了，就是这么一哆嗦
不哆嗦的话，进线时应该还是黄灯

it's true, once knowing there are no points deducted, I am like so willing to pay for the $325 big money, even at the beginning I thought it was only about $100 and it hurt to know it's actually so much more, now, I am happy to pay big bucks... or well the City has its ways for you to pay.

Well, simply holding a phone while driving would cost you $499 these days, not mentioning 3 points
