可是我怎么觉得院子朝南采光可能会更好点呢

Generally speaking, 院子朝南采光可能会更好. So most people here would prefer houses with similar facings. Actually when new lots were released, 院子朝南 lots will almost always got reserved first.

Among all 院子朝南 lots, those 院子 facing SW would be even better, especially for townhouses with no side windows. Actually for townhouses, 院子 facing W or even NW is probably better than facing SE. You do want some areas such as kitchen, dinning room, and great room to have good 采光 in the afternoon. Other wise you will have to turn lights on much earlier and pay more hydro bills.

For single houses, 采光 is not only easier (bigger and more windows), but also can be achieved through side windows (especially those with open-to-above spaces). So you can be a bit more flexible in choosing single house facings. But still the general rule is: you want your 院子朝南 or West, so in the afternoon you will have more sunlight in your then most used area. if you enjoy lots of summer afternoon backyard activities until sunset, then back yard facing west is probably even better than facing South.

Personally I think 院子朝NE is the worst.

Cellular blind cells can trap the air and create a thermal layer for good climate control. The top-down-bottom-up feature can give you the maximum flexibility to block direct sunlight, ensure good privacy, while still allowing enough daylight to come into the house.

it is great in Winter Saturday and Sunday if backyard is facing SW, but it is very hot in Summer (inside family room and master bedroom), 空调 is not helpful (usually the distance from Master bedroom to furnace is the longest, so the 冷空气输出最少. Personally, I like backyard faces SE, so kids can play from 5:00 to 9:00 all summer.

冬天车道朝南好, 但主卧室和厨房面朝南更好.人更重要

院子朝南夏天会比较热，冬天就舒服些；但是车道的雪就不太好化，所以各有利弊吧，我房子院子西偏北的；有一个卧室朝南，夏天感觉温度很高不少，冬天暂时还不清楚。
